Pet Portraits $200
As one of the leading pet photographers we offer pet-ography for all species and sizes! It is our goal to show personality and style even within pet photography sessions. We are contributing photographers to The Worlds Most Widely Read Dog Periodical, as well as 2 calendar companies and with other publications upon request. With permission we submit images of our clients to these publications, this helps keep our prices low and creativity high.
INCLUDES:
*1 - 2 hour photo session at a natural setting of your choice (beach, park, home, etc)
* Approx. 75 retouched final images in an online proofing gallery in color, black and white, and sepia
* Your favorite 25 images in jpeg on a disc for at home/personal printing in any color. Images come in high resolution for printing and low resolution with our logo for any online posting, emailing, etc. (additional images on disc are $5 each) these include minor editing such as eye boogie removal, and whitening of teeth and hair around the mouth that may be stained.
*A stylized version of your favorite 25 images (styles vary and are at the photographers discretion, typically included special black n white, sepia, or color tones)
*A short slideshow video of your favorite images set to music for web uploading.
*Within the scheduled session multiple toys/props/wardrobes are encouraged, We will do as many different shots as we can within the time we have together and you are more than welcome to be in some of the photos with your pet (10% or less of total images can include people with their pets posed).
*2-3 weeks after the session you will receive an online proofing gallery showing your photos in color, black & white and sepia tone. Proofing galleries are available for you, your friends and family to view and order from for 180 days. Photos in the proofing gallery are protected by copyright and are unavailable for downloading or printing.
*Additional images are $5 each, we offer a package deal of all images from your proofing gallery in color for $200.
Each session is for one house hold's fur family.

How Do I Get My Pet's Image Published?
This is a question on some people's minds and we thought we would explain our process.
At sessions that include a pet we ask owners to sign a special release allowing us to use photos of their pet in submissions. We are contracted photographers for Dog Fancy Magazine, Willow Creek Calendars (dogs, cats, horses) and we also submit to other publications upon request. Each month we receive different requests for specific images, locations, activities or breeds.
There are special occasions when we are requested to submit images of breeds we do not have in our files. This is the only time we go searching for dogs to photograph in order to fulfill our request and many times we are asked to photograph breed champions narrowing our photo opportunity to just a few.
It is our goal to have photographed every breed at some point in our lifetime. We hope to meet yours whether it be pure or mixed!!

Please have your dogs well groomed for their photos.
Please take your pet to the bathroom before the session.
We will need your help during the session to keep your pets attention and to get them to show off all of their fantastic tricks. We realize that a lot of animals respond differently to a stranger than their owner which is why we will need you there as a backup plan. *If your pet has a particularly short attention span sometimes holding off their morning meal and snacks will encourage better attention during our treat driven photo sessions.
Please bring your pets favorite treats & bottled water if needed, we typically provide treats as well but we know every animal has a different diet and we would like to make sure we do not disturb their digestive system while taking photos. Especially for dogs, if it is hot out water may be the only thing preventing your photos from having their tongue hanging out the entire time.
Your pet can wear outfits and have props in their photos! Bring toy or accessory you feel would make a great addition to a photo and we can take photos with the wide variety you bring. This is especially good if your pet is not very active because it will help your pets' photos look varied. Prop Ideas: toys of any sort, tennis ball, ropes, stuffed animals, blankets, your pets bed etc etc
Please do not have your pet in a harness, your photos will look much more natural if your pet can wear a collar to the session instead. Unless you like tags to be in the photos we do suggest removal of tags and encourage wearing your cleanest/cutest collar for the photos.
If we are meeting at a location that your pet may become wet or extremely dirty we also encourage bringing a towel and some wipes for their paws - just keeping your car in mind.
Returning Clients Bonus!!
We add an additional 5 images to your disc each time you have another portrait session with us. We really do appreciate the loyal clients we have and want to give you a special gift for thinking of us!! 2nd session= 30 images on disc, 3rd session= 35 images on disc, etc etc etc. (does not apply to weddings since weddings already get all the images on disc hehe, and does not apply to pin up or other artwork sessions).
